COREI stands for Consulting, Outsourcing, Research, Entrepreneurship and Innovation. It operates on a non-profit basis in its promotion of inclusive entrepreneurship, community building and leadership development and builds on decades of experience in the corporate and community sectors by its associates. Our overall objective is to contribute to a more just society. In doing so, much of our work is pro-bono, primarily with people seeking to address issues in their communities, including individuals and groups from Indigenous and newly established and culturally diverse communities in Australia. We also work with those living in developing countries. In all our assignments we strive to improve the capacity of our clients, encourage them and be inspired by them. We work across diverse sectors.

Our most important task is to assist with motivation and self-confidence and building capabilities, empowerment and resilience among individuals and groups from disadvantaged backgrounds, whether they want to enter the workforce, start their own businesses or pursue business growth. We specialise in business development and strategic planning for micro- and small enterprises, and can join you at any stage of your journey to become a successful entrepreneur, whether you are starting with a vague idea or are already operating a business and want to grow it and become more competitive.
